Shipping Instructions
Before shipping a Torsion or Torbal balance, contact PBS.
PBS will provide you with a customized shipping container, designed specifically for these balances. When you receive the container, follow the enclosed shipping instructions.
You may use FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Insure the balance for its full replacement value.
The balance will be returned to you, repaired and calibrated.

Our specially engineered shipping containers guarantee safe delivery to us without any further damage to your balance.
