PBS offers free estimates on all repairs.
We have replacement parts available, even for many balances no longer manufactured, and so are able to get your balances back in working order for you. All work is guaranteed for 6 months.
Shipping Instructions
- Before shipping a Torsion or Torbal balance, contact PBS to request a return shipping authorization number.
- PBS will provide you with a customized shipping container, designed specifically for these balances.
- When you receive the container, follow the enclosed shipping instructions.
- Call UPS or FedEx for pickup and insured delivery back to PBS.
- The balance will usually be returned to you, repaired and calibrated, within a week.
- Our specially engineered shipping containers guarantee safe delivery to us without any further damage to your balance.
